An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a periodic inspection of your fixed wiring — required by insurers, mortgage lenders, buyers, and mandatory for every residential tenancy in England.

We issue EICRs on NAPIT-registered paperwork within 24 hours of the inspection. Fixed pricing by property size, no surprise charges on the day. Landlord portfolios and HMOs welcome.

Older wire-fuse and split-load consumer units don't meet current 18th Edition regulations and are frequently flagged unsatisfactory on EICRs. We swap them for modern dual-RCD or RCBO boards, tidy finish, certified on the day.

The job typically takes 4–6 hours with a short power-down period. Everything tested end-to-end, Building Regulations compliance certificate issued via NAPIT.

We diagnose, isolate, and fix the fault on the same visit where possible. If it needs a return visit (e.g. parts to order, chasing walls), we quote in writing before the second trip.
